 My name is Isabelle GALLOUX, I live in Saint Malo des Trois Fontaines in Morbihan in Brittany.
I was born in the South of France, in Montélimar, until I reached 18, then I decided to realise my dream and live in the US for one year as a nanny.
What a wonderful experience to live abroad and learn the language at the same time. When I came back, with a head full of memories, knowledge and ambition, I started a Foreign Languages degree (English and Italian) at the University of Montpellier.
Then, I had many varied jobs !! Then in 2001, my family and I moved to Brittany. I decided then to go back to my English and to start a new professional life towards something that I like e.g. contact with people. It took me ages !!!!! But in 2007, having assisted all my English friends with their bills and moving over I had this wonderful idea, Why don’t I help English speakers thanks to my linguistically knowledge ? I just had to organise myself, find a way to test my project legally instead of going alone to an unknown land! In may 2008, I officially started my project, thanks to SITTELLE CREATION (an activity and employment cooperative based in Languidic). I help English speakers who live permanently in France or have holiday homes relating to all matters, for all their daily worries and even more !!
Since that time, I have dealt with so many situations : burglary, water damages, administration problems, medical appointments etc … |
